Fees: Medicare Bulk Billing Practice

We are proud to be a Medicare Bulk Billing practice, committed to providing accessible and affordable healthcare for our community.

What bulk billing means for you:

For Medicare-eligible patients, we bulk bill all eligible services. This means there are no out-of-pocket costs for standard GP consultations. Instead, we bill Medicare directly on your behalf.

Who is eligible

Patients with a valid Medicare card are eligible for bulk billed services. Your Medicare card must be presented at the time of consultation. If you are unsure about your eligibility, our reception team will be happy to assist you.

Services with Fees

Standard consultations: $78

Prolonged Consultation $120
Payment is required at the time of consultation. Eftpos Preferred.

Non-Attendance Fee Policy

We do understand that things pop up, and you may need to reschedule or cancel
your appointment, however we do ask that you provide us with at least 30mins notice
prior to your appointment time. In the event that you do not provide us with notice, a
$20.00 fee (no Medicare rebate) may apply.

Parking

On-site parking is available at Moorooka Square. Accessible parking bays are provided, and lift access is available from the basement car park if required.

Emergencies

Call 000 immediately if you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency.
This includes but not limited to Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, Sudden Weakness or Numbness

Privacy

It is a policy of this practice to always maintain the security of personal health information. All information recorded at this practice is confidential. No patient information is to be released to third party unless the request is made in writing and provides evidence of a signed authority to release the requested information, either to the patient directly or a third party.

We have a written practice policy and hardcopies are available from reception.
